Argos home / bring your home to life

I was the creative lead and designer for the Argos Home: Bring Your Home to Life campaign, working on the idea, presentation, storyboards, shoot, and production. The brief was to encourage more people to reappraise Argos Home by becoming an inspirational brand that makes people feel proud to have Argos Home products in their homes.

Using three of their upcoming trends, we were tasked with creating three separate social films in key areas of the house: the living room, dining room, and bedroom. The hope was that this campaign would inspire people on all levels, from whole room transformations to simple refreshes.

The idea was to show all three room transformations in one room over a 40-second period, aiming to convince people that these trends could transform the look of their room without needing to move to a new house or make radical changes to the brickwork. The shoot was very meticulous and required a lot of focus as we had to work in reverse to achieve the final outcome.

As well as working on the main films, I also created five short, shareable ‘home hacks’ using items from the trends. Again, I worked on the ideas, presentations, storyboards, shoot, and production. These utilised the same technique of working in reverse as the main films. They had to be creative and eye-catching, showing how with a few small touches you can make any space feel more homely.
